Using Call AI in a Flow

In this example, we're gathering customer complaints and using ChatGPT to gauge how upset the customer sounds. The AI returns a score that helps us determine their level of frustration. Based on that, we sort the feedback and decide how to respond. If the customer is just a little annoyed, weโ€™ll open a ticket that an agent can handle later. But if theyโ€™re clearly angry or very upset, weโ€™ll flag it for immediate attention so an agent can jump in right away!
